About sh1ro
sh1ro is a Russian AWPer who has become one of the most trusted snipers in Counter-Strike through a calm, defensive approach. He rose through Gambit Youngsters and the main Gambit lineup, where he was MVP at IEM Katowice 2021, before moving to Cloud9 with several teammates and winning IEM Dallas in 2022. He placed inside HLTV's top ten players every year from 2021 to 2025, including a third place in 2022. In late 2023 he joined Team Spirit, where his stable, mistake-free play on defence complements donk's aggression. Together they won the 2024 Shanghai Major, plus several other premier events like IEM Katowice 2024 and IEM Cologne 2025. His ability to hold angles, win opening picks without taking big risks and stay composed under pressure makes him an anchor of the lineup.
