A new detail about GTA VI's level of polish is making the rounds. GamesRadar reported on October 14 that Bloomberg journalist Jason Schreier described a sweat system in a YouTube video published alongside his extended report on the game's development. Schreier says he was told about it by people he did not name.
As described, Jason and Lucia sweat in proportion to how hard they are exerting themselves. The example given is a character dancing energetically in a nightclub, who would sweat more than one standing still. GamesRadar and Beebom both present the system as an example of the detail Rockstar has put into the game.
What we know and what we do not. This is a secondhand account: no screenshot, footage or Rockstar statement backs it up, and nothing says how the system looks or works in the final game. Rockstar has not commented. It fits the trend of earlier reporting on small physical details, but it is not an official feature announcement.
The interest is real. Search data for the last 24 hours shows queries about the Bloomberg report, about new screenshots and about the sweat system rising sharply worldwide. Many of those searches are people looking for images that the reporting does not include.
Our take: enjoy it as a hint of the polish, but wait for official material before treating any detail as a feature. The release date is unchanged, November 19, 2026, and anything Rockstar shows officially will appear on our GTA VI news page with a source link.
