mezii: CS2 player profile

William Merriman, known as mezii, is a British rifler who built his name as a steady, high-impact support-style player at Fnatic before moving to Team Vitality. He was signed to fill the spot vacated by Magisk and slotted into a roster built around ZywOo, flameZ, apEX and ropz. The fit proved remarkably successful, as Vitality went on to win both the Austin Major in June 2025 and the Budapest Major in December 2025, giving him two Major titles in his first season there. His game is built on consistency, good trading and smart utility rather than flashy highlight plays, which is exactly what a star-heavy squad needs. Years of playing in tier-one Europe before that gave him a deep understanding of mid-rounds and late-round positioning. He matters because he showed that a well-chosen role player can be the missing piece of a dominant team, and he now counts among the most decorated British players in the history of the game.
