How the 2026 season worked

Opens: online qualifiers in each region. Three per split, six in total.
Majors: big live events. Karmine Corp won the Paris Major in May 2026.
Last Chance Qualifiers: extra spots for the final event.
World Championship: the top teams from the regions play for the title. There are also 1v1 and 2v2 world finals.

Teams are mostly made of players from their own region, and the circuit is split into areas such as North America, Europe, South America and the Middle East and North Africa.

The new Club Championship

This is a separate competition from the Majors. Psyonix invites 20 clubs directly. Four more spots come from an Open Online Qualifier starting in November. After London, the 24 teams play regional online leagues. The top 16 go to a Club Finale LAN in 2027. Ticket details were still to be announced. Sign-up rules for the qualifier were also not yet published.
