What 7.41 changed

Facets were hero options that changed how a hero played. Valve cut them because one option was often much better than the others. Many heroes now have Innates that do not scale with their other abilities. Some popular Facets became part of hero kits.

Items and neutral items

Shiva's Guard and Bloodstone were reworked, and Eternal Shroud was removed. New items include Consecrated Wraps and Essence Distiller. New neutral items include Forager's Kit, Stonefeather Satchel and Specialist's Array. Tier-one neutral items can now be built from the start of the game.

Map changes

Early creep waves meet closer to the offlane tower. The first extra siege creep arrives at 30 minutes, with a second at 60. Tormentor and Roshan swapped starting spots, and Tormentor is tankier.
