How to pick a Team Fortress 2 server
Valve's casual matchmaking is only part of TF2. Community servers add custom modes: Mann vs. Machine for co-op waves, Versus Saxton Hale where one boss faces the team, Dodgeball, MGE for 1v1 aim practice, surf and Jailbreak. Choose a mode, then pick a server with a free slot and a map you like. Players use the server browser or the connect command from the console.
