Noor is an Egyptian Defender. Her Horus Lance Launcher is built to hit players who use ballistic shields. Hotspawn reports that she carries five projectiles and that they can pass through floors, ceilings and walls into nearby rooms. Expect shield operators to be more careful on attack.
